There are 2 ways to place an order online

A. Without registration - Checkout as Guest.
To complete your order after selecting all your purchases
please use button "Proceed to Checkout".
In "1. Checkout method" use option "Checkout as Guest".

B. With registration.
To complete your order after selecting all your purchases
please use button "Proceed to Checkout".
In "1. Checkout method" click on button "Register" or
Create a account and start shopping!

There is no minimum amountof order.

1>Create a account

It is recommended that NEW CUSTOMERS create an account before purchase.
You can do it by choosing the option Create an Account

Having an account at our webpage will give you number of advantages:

•        You will enjoy a faster checkout when making a purchase
•        You can check the status of all your orders (e.g. paid, delivered etc.)
•        You will be able to view your previous orders
•        You can update or change your account information

2> Add selected jewelry items to Shopping cart

While browsing our website, whenever you see a product that you'd like to purchase,
just click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

There are many ways to find what you're looking for: searching by keywords or product names, browsing categories and featured items.

When changing quantity of the items you already put in your Shopping Cart, please do not forget to click " Update Shopping Cart" button.
After that you have following button options:
- " Continue Shopping" to go back to the last shopping page you viewed,
- " Remove" to remove selected item/items,
- " Proceed to Checkout" to finalize your order.

• Enter Order Information
  - Billing Information,
  - Shipping Information (address, contact phone no, etc),
  - Shipping Method: check "Fixed € 3.90" - button and we discuss Shipping Methods of the order ( for example: : Free Shipping for orders above € 250 )
  - Gift messages
  - Way of payment
  


• Place your order
  After placing an order you will receive corresponding Order no. that will allow you to check your order status any time.

Please make sure you are entering valid and correct e-mail address as our Customer service will send you an overview of the order, its shipping costs and total value.

We put a great value on loyalty of our customers, that’s why we came up with the idea of bonus & discount program for frequent buyers.

There are 3 groups of customers that we define depending on volumes of their purchases in our shop.
Retailer – single purchase customer.
General – customer who buys our products from time to time with total sum of the orders not exceeding €1000.
Wholesale – customer who’s sum of all orders exceeds €1000

Our discount policy:
Retailer – regular price
General – discount up to 5-10%
Wholesale – discount up to 15-30%!

We also are glad to offer you our Reward Points System . You can get additional discounts for your order by trading in coupons earned earlier.

And to make it even more interesting, we have a special project: every month you have a chance to win the title Customer of the Month within your group.
