We have made every effort to display the color and size of our products that appear at the site as accurately as possible. However, in some cases pictures of smaller items have been enlarged to show details better. The actual colors can also will depend on the settings of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's color scheme will be set to reproduce natural color of our products.

Item Availability

Be assured that every reasonable effort will be made to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. If the item you would like to purchase is unavailable, we will contact you immediately and will give you options for further steps. All orders are subject to acceptance by AmberExpert.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered. Be advised that our designs are individually handcrafted by selected artisans. Therefore every design is unique and does not have an exact copy. We attempt to keep enough quantity in stock; however unlike serial production jewelry these designs cannot be mass produced. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If there is any delay in manufacturing items from your order, we will contact you promptly.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries without prior notice. We may have to contact you for additional information before accepting an order.

Sales Tax

Each international customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes applicable in his Country.

Indemnification

We guarantee the replacement of any defect product purchased at AmberExpert.com within 15 days after issuing of the invoice. By placing an order with AmberExpert.com you agree that the maximum liability of AmberExpert.com, arising from any product sold on our site or sites shall be the limited only to the price of the product ordered. In no event shall AmberExpert.com, its owners, officers, employees and/or representatives be liable for special, direct, indirect, consequential and/or punitive damages related to the product sold.

Exclusive product ( custom-built ) terms.

Due to the fact that all our custom-built products are individually handmade we might need 3 to 6 weeks for execution of your order. More exclusive and time-consuming items (e.g. chess sets) might take up to several months.
For the reason stated above we cannot exchange or refund any custom-built product unless the item had defects.
