Please contact us with any problems, issues or concerns about your order, and we will work it out together.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase around holiday time, it is not a problem either. For purchases made at the end of the year (Nov. 1 - Dec. 31) return period is extended to January 31.
Shipping & insurance charges are not refundable unless the item has manufacturing defects.
