Availability of Designs in Stock

Be advised that our designs are individually handcrafted by selected artisans. Therefore every design is unique and does not have an exact copy. We attempt to keep enough quantity in stock; however unlike serial production jewelry these designs cannot be mass produced. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If there is any delay in manufacturing items from your order, we will contact you promptly.
For example, product details page of a ring (to see it click at product picture) shows you available ring sizes. Other sizes are produced upon request and may take additional 3 to 5 days.



Customized ( or custom-made ) and personalized items shipment.

Due to the fact that all our custom-built products are individually handmade we might need 3 to 6 weeks for execution of your order. More exclusive and time-consuming items (e.g. chess sets) might take up to several months. Please contact us for exact delivery time quotation for such items.

1. What shipping method(s) can I choose from when I place my order?
Answer:
There are 3 ways to ship your goods:

    1. Standard 1: Registered A class airmail. For standard shipping, all orders will be shipped via insured and registered A class air service. Shipping time ranges from 5 to 14 business days depending on your location. We reserve up to 20 business days for delivery. For orders with total value up to € 35.00 your postal charge will be fixed € 3.90 worldwide. In case a more expensive purchase needs to be insured (e.g. up to € 1400.00) your charges will be about € 30.00, exact amount is to be calculated for each particular country.

    2. Standard 2: EMS air service. EMS provides faster delivery than A class airmail (option 1). Shipping time ranges from 4 to 9 business days depending on your location. However, it s a more expensive service as well, and your postal charges will be € 29.00-39.00 (including insurance for goods costing up to € 35.00).

    3. Express delivery. FedEx is our preferred express shipping service, though we can also ship via UPS, TNT or DHL. Shipping time is 1-5 business days.

    Yes, we take order fulfillment very seriously.All shipments are automatically insured.

    3. How much would the shipping cost ?

    Answer:

    Shipping rates are different for each country, and you will receive them at checkout or with order confirmation sent to your e-mail. Our international shipping rates are very competitive.

    4. How are the orders packaged ?

    Answer:

    All items are carefully packed in packing foam, jewelry pads or boxes prior to being packaged in high quality padded envelopes, babble wrap, heavy-duty cartons or tubes. For a moderate surcharge you can also add special gift packaging to your order. Images of packaging examples can be provided upon request.

    5. Your international shipping rates are much lower than those of other web pages, why ?

    Answer:

    We have arrangements with chosen shipping services that allow us provide low-cost delivery services to customers around the world. We are always working hard to ensure that our customers are receiving the best service in the industry. Low and fair shipping fees – just a sign of loyalty towards our customers.

    6. How long will it take to ship my order ?

    Answer:

    If the item you ordered is on stock, we will ship your purchase within 48 hours once your payment has been verified. If your payment comes on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, your order will be processed next business day and shipped within 48 hours thereafter. You can check status of your order online by logging in and clicking on "My Account / My Orders" button !

    7. I would like to have my order shipped to more than one address. How can I do it ?

    Answer:

    If you would like to send purchased items to more than one address, just fill out corresponding address forms in your Shopping Cart/Checkout with Multiple Addresses ( below button «Proceed Checkout» ).

    8. How can I track my order after it has been shipped ?

    Answer:

    Once you order is shipped you will receive a notification per email. If you selected Registered A class airmail shipment we will forward you online tracking information (in case "Track and Trace" system is supported in your country). If you selected EMS or Express delivery, a tracking number will also be emailed to you, so you can track your shipment at www.FedEx.com , www.DHL.com , www.UPS.com , www.TNT.com

    9. How long does it take for my order to arrive ?

    Answer:

    Express delivery normally takes 1 to 5 business days.
    Standard delivery might take between 5 and 14 business days depending on your location. We reserve up to 20 business days for such deliveries.

    10.Is my signature required to receive a parcel ?

    Answer:

    Yes, for security and insurance purposes we require recipient’s signature for every shipment (which applies to both Express and Standard shipping methods). No shipment will be delivered without having to be signed for.

    11. Why P.O. Box addresses cannot be used for shipping jewelry ?

    Answer:If you choose FedEx or UPS delivery, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address because the parcels are traceable and insured. In order to send the goods we need a telephone number and full business or private address. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes except APO/FPO addresses). All shipments require recipient’s signature because FedEx and UPS will not consider delivery completed without a signature. return

    12. What do I need to know about custom clearance ?

    Answer:

    Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be charged once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by you as we have no control over them. Customs policies may vary from country to country; in order to obtain more information please contact your local customs office. All orders shipped will be marked as "Gifts" or "product samples" which normally helps either significantly reducing the taxes or avoiding paying them at all !

    14. How does ESCROW Service work ?

    Answer:

    We use www.MoneyBookers.com for ESCROW payments. This company offers the cheapest charge for this service only 1% from the sum of the invoice (min €2.00). Buyer is to pay for the services provided by MoneyBookers, that’s why for your first purchase with us we will give you 1% discount from the total cost of the items (min €2.00) if your invoice is €50.00 or more. This way you do not have to carry additional charges.
